Gilbert and Mesa Auto Repair

I have been trying to diagnose a check engine light for a few months. I took the car to the dealership at first and they could not properly diagnose anything although they still suggested thousands of dollars in low priority repairs. I brought it to Kellys in a last ditch effort to save my car and they were able to diagnose and fix my car in less than 24 hours. They had other recommendations for fixes but didnt try to push the extra stuff on me. They were focused on fixing the check engine light first. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest shop.

I took my car in for inspection and repair because it was giving me serious concern regarding the sounds it was making when driving! Found that there are several repair/maintenance items my car needs, but I was extremely relieved in talking to Chris Mulleneaux to find that we could take care of the urgent items now, and hold off on a couple of the other items for a bit! It was an answer to prayers!! Chris was very prompt and responsive in scheduling, communicating updates by text/email and readily sending me an ITEMIZED estimate of the total projected repair needs and costs. Further, I was very impressed with the Details and Pictures received by text fromTechnician Joey Caruana via Chris'/Kelley Automotive's business text---this detail sheds much light and understanding of the items and issues which need attention, and what the issues are!!........... So, overall, I am totally pleased with the service I received KELLY AUTOMOTIVE!! Highly recommended!

I've been going to Kelly for years. Marcio and his team is awesome. They give it to you straight and don't try to bamboozle you into having them do more work than necessary but they will call out 'show stoppers' that are safety issues. They are one of the few shops I've found that are transparent, quick and are about quality and service vs making extra money trying to upsell you. I highly recommend them!
